- If it's an accident or a slip on your side → we help too, billed fairly.
- The hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
And all support goes through our own sovereign relay, not a foreign cloud service.

What is a SimpleBox ?
A small computer delivered already set up: Linux Mint and the NOLAM Adagio accessibility layer are installed and configured. Keyboard and mouse included. You plug it in, switch it on, it works — nothing to install.
New or refurbished, what's the difference ?
The new SimpleBox is a silent mini-PC (fanless), from CHF 650, keyboard and mouse included. The SimpleBox Équitable is a refurbished Swiss business computer, fully renewed (SSD disk, clean system), from CHF 200. Same experience, same accessibility — the second one is more sustainable and more affordable.
Can I keep my screen and keyboard ?
Keyboard and mouse are included. For the screen, keep yours, or add one as an option: 24 inches for CHF 100, 27 inches for CHF 150.
And if something goes wrong ?
If the problem comes from our installation or the system, we fix it remotely and free of charge. If it's an accident or a slip on your side, we help too, billed fairly. The hardware is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
And my usual Windows software ?
Most uses (web, mail, letters, photos, videos) have excellent free equivalents, already installed. For a specific old program or game, we look into it with you — it's often possible.
